How We Use Google Ads API

Overview

Growadly is a Google Ads management agency. We use the Google Ads API exclusively to manage client advertising accounts through our MCC account. This is an internal agency tool — not a SaaS platform or third-party service.

What We Do with the API

• Read search term reports to identify keywords with zero conversions
• Monitor account balances across all client accounts
• Add negative keywords at campaign level after manual manager approval
• Generate performance data for Looker Studio dashboards
• All actions require explicit human approval before execution

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell or share API access with third parties
• We do not automate changes without human approval
• We do not collect data beyond campaign optimization needs
• We do not share client data with any external parties
• We do not use API for any purpose outside campaign management

Data Protection

• All data stored on our private dedicated server
• Access restricted to authorized Growadly managers only
• Clients retain full ownership of their Google Ads accounts
• We operate under strict confidentiality agreements with all clients

Human Oversight

• Every campaign change requires manual manager approval
• Full audit log maintained for all actions
• Clients can revoke access at any time
